The Pioneers season ended with a gut-wrenching 21-20 loss to the Agates in the Section 7AA Semifinals at Two Harbors.

The Pioneers closed out the regular season with a tough 20-18 loss to the Lakers to end the regular season with a record of 6-2. Aiden Jones ran for 172 yards, giving him 1,013 yards for the year. He also ran for 2 touchdowns, giving him 23 for the year.

The Pioneers made it 3 straight wins with a 67-34 win over the Thunder Hawks. Pierz used a quick-strike offense from long distance as they scored 7 touchdowns from 25 or more yards out. Aiden Jones ran for 127 yards and had touchdown runs of 2 and 59 yards, he also caught a 60 yard scoring pass from Liam Hennessy and returned an interception 62 yards for his 4th TD of the game. Braden LeBlanc ran for 119 yards and 2 Touchdowns, scoring from 50 and 37 yards. Brayden Foust had a 73 yard punt return for a touchdown and Carter Young hauled in a 25 yard scoring strike from Hennessy. Paul Nieman finished off the scoring barrage with a 17 yard touchdown run.

The Pioneers season came to an end in the 1st round of the Section 6AA Playoffs with a 3-0 loss to the Wolves by scores of 25-21, 25-13, 25-17.

The Pioneers closed out their regular season with a 3-1 loss to the Falcons. Scores were 25-9, 7-25, 15-25, 22-25. Pierz ended the regular season with a record of 9-17 overall and 2-11 in the Granite Ridge Conference.

The Pioneers and Huskers played an exciting 5-set match in Pierz with the Huskers coming from being down 2-0 to win 3-2. Scores were 26-24, 27-25, 15-25, 19-25, 5-15. Sophie Leidenfrost had 27 digs, Payton Stangl had 11 kills and Mataya Pohlkamp added 10 kills. Kari LeBlanc had 21 assists.

The Pioneers routed the Mainstreeters 50-14 for their 5th win of the season. QB Liam Hennessy completed just 3 passes but 2 of those were for long touchdowns as he found Aiden Jones for a 70 yard score and Jaxsen Hardy for a 71 yard scoring strike. Liam also had a rushing touchdown. Aiden Jones finished with 108 yards rushing and 2 touchdowns, giving him 19 touchdowns in the ground for the year. Braden LeBlanc and Paul Nieman added rushing scores for the Pioneers as well.

The Pioneers enjoyed Homecoming and Hall of Fame Induction Night with a 56-26 win over the Dutchmen. Pierz posted a season-high for points and total offense with 489 yards. Aiden Jones ran for 159 yards and 3 touchdowns, QB Liam Hennessy was 7-12 for 115 yards and threw 2 touchdown passes to Jaxsen Hardy. The Pioneers also got rushing touchdowns from Braden LeBlanc, Brayden Foust and Kyle Stangl.
