The Pioneers Dual Meet season came to an end with a 31-22 loss to the #2 seeded Thunderhawks in Grand Rapids. It's the 3rd straight season that Grand Rapids has beaten Pierz in the Section Semifinals. Brayden Melby and Caleb Koch won by Fall, Carter Young won by Major Decision and Kyle Stangl and Link Toops won by Decision for Pierz.

The #3 seeded Pioneers opened the postseason with a 57-10 win over #6 seed Rock Ridge. Kyle Stangl, Jayden Zajac, Caleb Koch, Bradly Tanner and Henry Hoffman won by Fall, Link Toops and Brecken Andres won by Forfeit, and Carter Young, Grady Young and Brayden Melby won by Tech Fall as the Pioneers advanced to the 7AA Semifinals.

The Pioneers completed their season-sweep of the Flyers with a 60-51 road victory. Nate Cekalla had 15 and Nick Virnig added 12 for Pierz.

The Pioneers had no answer once again for top-ranked Albany as the Huskies remained unbeaten with a 79-38 win over the Pioneers. Nate Cekalla led Pierz with 11 points and 7 rebounds.

The Pioneers pulled off their biggest win of the season with a thrilling 65-63 win over the 8th ranked Patriots at the MAC. Nate Cekalla led the way with 14 points, Nick Virnig added 13 and Will Stangl had 10 for Pierz.

The Pioneers fell at home to the visiting Patriots by a score of 46-26. The Pioneers fell behind 19-1 to start the game and basically played even the rest of the night but they could never recover from the early deficit. McKenna Hoheisel led Pierz with 9 points.

The Pioneers fell 83-79 to the Bluejackets in a highly entertaining game played at Hill City High School, the Pioneers trailed by 14 with about 8 minutes left in the game but rallied back and had a chance to tie in the final 10 seconds. Nate Cekalla scored a team-leading 27 points while Jack Prokott and Nick Virnig added 12 each.

The Pioneers won a huge Section 7AA game on the road against the Huskes with a 79-76 win. The backcourt duo of Nate Cekalla and Jack Prokott had a big night as Nate scored 23 and Jack had a 20 point game. Two other Pioneers scored in double figures as Nick Virnig finished with 13 and Jaxsen Hardy had 10.
