Pierz Pioneers vs Hibbing Bluejackets Boys Basketball

The Pioneers fell 83-79 to the Bluejackets in a highly entertaining game played at Hill City High School, the Pioneers trailed by 14 with about 8 minutes left in the game but rallied back and had a chance to tie in the final 10 seconds. Nate Cekalla scored a team-leading 27 points while Jack Prokott and Nick Virnig added 12 each.
